Please let this be true. If anyone deserves to go down in flames for running a corrupt office, it's Joe Arpaio.

I totally agree but this man has been a dirty cop for YEARS and got away with it. I will be shocked if anything comes from this.

Here's more info about what else in Maricopa County is being investigated.

...The findings almost certainly will have implications for several other investigations into the actions of Thomas, Aubuchon and Sheriff Joe Arpaio's office, which gathered evidence in the cases.

The report could be used in the U.S. Department of Justice's abuse-of-power probe into Arpaio and others. Aubuchon is one subject of that investigation....

I was just getting ready to post a page on this.

The thing is that I'm not even shocked to find out that Sheriff Joe just might be the corrupt asshole I always thought he was.

So he's a corrupt asshole not just an asshole. Not surprised. Share the hope that he goes down in flames and I will laugh at the irony of "America's toughest sheriff" ending up behind bars.
